Payments & Delivery

You receive the products in 2 ways:

   - upon receipt from our stores
     Parodos Orfeos 117, Votanikos, Athens
    -with delivery to your place by a cooperating courier
     (4 € up to 2 kg weight for orders within Greece. For orders heavier or overseas orders we inform you after the completion of the order.)

You can pay in 4 ways:

    - with cash or card in our stores
    - by credit / debit / prepaid card through the secure Paypal transaction system
    - by deposit in a bank account:

Ordering any product from this site does not imply the conclusion of any contract between the user and the company, unless the latter accepts the order via e-mail which will confirm the availability, description and price of the product ordered . Acceptance of the purchase will be considered complete by the confirmation of sending the e-mail.

 Prices - Order Cost
The total cost of the order is determined by the net prices, the corresponding VAT. as well as transportation costs. The user will be invoiced for the total cost of his order. Means of payment
The payment of the relevant invoices can be done either by credit card through PAYPAL system, or by bank deposit, or by cash / card in the store.

Method - Shipping Cost
The products will be sent through a transport company of the company's choice or by mail to the address stated by the buyer. The shipping cost is set per order and is 4 € up to 2k. weight and by arrangement for higher weight or foreign orders.

Order cancellation

If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped, you can call 210 3463075 within 5 days
or contact us via the contact form stating the code of your order, in order to cancel your order.

After sending the product, the following applies.

Product returns

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement. Returns are accepted within 15 days with good reason and 14 days from the date of receipt with the right of unjustified withdrawal (Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection), if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been violated and their physical condition accompanied by documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).
In case of return the user will be charged with the appropriate shipping costs, except in cases where through the fault of the company, the wrong products or products with real defects were sent, so we assume all shipping costs of the old and new product.
